Thursday July 10 is Guru Purnima, a celebration in India honoring our teachers.
Gu=darkness and Ru=light and the teacher is here to open us from the shade of ignorance into the light of awareness. I have so much gratitude for my teachers, specifically Susan Marrufo, my Taita E, Sianna Sherman, Byron Katie, and Joshua Michael Shrei.

And, the Joshua Tree retreat is full! A lot of you were interested but didn’t get in. Hang tight! I’m working to create a full day /overnight retreat this fall and there will be multiple retreats in 2026 ☺️
